Exchanges/ Return
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchange will be initiated only after the product is received and verified by us.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must have all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange Process:

- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a exchange authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is not available, customer will have to purchase any other product (only if the returned product is in a good condition)
- Shipping:
- Delivery time is 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation
- Customers have to pay the shipping cost for exchanging the product
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Damages:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at return.satrangi@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement.
